Aged rice was soaked to improve texture, while sprouted toor dal and moong dal were sun-dried for enhanced nutrient absorption. Cashews and almonds were lightly roasted to bring out their natural flavors. Ajwain and jeera seeds were dry-roasted to enhance their aroma and taste.
