How to Use
Make nutrient rich porridge by cooking 2 tbsp of Nutri28 with 200ml of milk or water for about 3 mins on medium low flame. Stir in between to avoid lumps. Add sweetener or salt & serve at room temperature

Sprout green peas, cow peas, pigeon peas, green gram, chickpeas, and kalachana to enhance nutrient absorption and digestibility.
Soak red rice, black rice, brown rice, wheat, ragi, chia seeds, almonds, pistachios, cashews, and walnuts to activate enzymes and improve texture.
Sun-dry sago, red poha, and a mix of seeds like muskmelon, pumpkin, sunflower, talmakkan, and sesame to preserve their nutrients. Lightly roast soya, chana dal, ajwain, jeera, and dry ginger to enhance flavor and aroma.
